City Lodge Hotel Johannesburg Airport, Barbara Road

The rich protein breakfast kept my tummy full and my brain quite active. I slept like a baby in your bed. The room was quiet. I met a few friends at the hotel. I got to know Connie, Petrus, Climent. I highly recommend this hotel. I found a security issue at the back of the property with a door not able to lock properly. Probably a guest that wanted to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air at the pool. The gym was a nice addition and I tried the treadmill while viewing some gholf scenes on the TV. Somehow only single people stay at this hotel, yet some rooms have twin beds. I know I am good but I only need one bed for my thinking brain. Thanks for everything you provided to me.

Although the older of the two airport City Lodges, it’s been renovated and across looks newer than the City Lodge O R Tambo. With less foot traffic too, being much smaller, it is less frenetic, more peaceful.

Dinners were great. Staff were friendly.

The facility is conveniently locked closer to the airport and the hotel staff are helpful in the sense that they provide an alternative solution for transport.

I was with my boyfriend family before the travel out the country Stuff when super happy about our family and especially my boyfriend niece was the stuff most famous customer lol 😂 But everything was amazing and fun would love to go back once my boyfriend back in SA Room service very polite and lovely 😊 plus to work was immaculate Breakfast good
